  3. When Departing
    Ticket Issuance
    • Please arrive at the Busan International Passenger Terminal by 2 hours before the departure time on the day of departure and complete the boarding ticket issuance process at the ticket counter on the 3rd floor.
    Baggage Check-in
    • After receiving your boarding pass, passengers with checked baggage are requested to proceed to the designated baggage counter for baggage check-in.
    Departure Procedures
    • After security screening and passport control, please wait at the CIQ.
    Boarding
    • Please follow the staff's instructions to board the ferry.
    • For faster immigration procedures, please complete the immigration declaration form before disembarkation.
  5. When Arriving
    Disembarkation
    • Disembarkation begins following the staff's instructions.
    Moving to the Arrival Hall
    • CIQ procedures will begin after moving to the arrival hall.
    Quarantine
    • Quarantine procedures will be conducted.
    Entry Procedures
    • Foreign nationals entering Korea are required to complete either an electronic arrival declaration (e-Arrival Card) or a paper arrival card.

    Customs Baggage Inspection
    • Customs will inspect your baggage.
    Baggage Claim
    • If you checked baggage upon departure from Japan, please collect your baggage upon arrival.
    Submission of Customs Declaration
    • If you are carrying items that require declaration, please complete a "Traveler's Customs Declaration Form(Korea Customs Declaration Form)" onboard.
    • After submitting the form at the customs inspection counter, please proceed to the arrival hall.
