Check-in Guide
Please ensure that all related documents are prepared accurately before boarding.
- When DepartingBoarding Ticket
- A mobile boarding ticket will be sent one day before the boarding date.
ID Check- ID check for the passenger.
Security Screening- Item inspection - Items prohibited onboard(e.g., food, dangerous items like knives, gas, bleach) will be stored on land. A storage receipt will be issued. (You can retrieve your items upon disembarkation by presenting the storage receipt.)
Boarding- Please enter through the dedicated boarding gate by presenting your mobile boarding ticket and ID without any additional ticket issuance.
- When ArrivingDisembarkation
- A mobile boarding ticket will be sent one day before the boarding date.
Moving to the Arrival Hall- After passing through, retrieve items stored during boarding at the ticket counter. (You can retrieve your items upon disembarkation by presenting the storage receipt.)
