Please ensure that all related documents are prepared accurately before boarding.
- When DepartingTicket Issuance
- Please receive your ticket at the PanStar Cruise counter at the departure port on the day of boarding.
Departure from Busan1) Ticket Issuance Start Time * 8:40 AM Busan departure: Starts at 7:10 AM * 12:40 PM Busan departure: Starts at 11:10 AM2) Ticket Issuance Cut-Off Time * 8:40 AM Busan departure: Ends at 8:10 AM * 12:40 PM Busan departure: Ends at 12:10 PM※ For customers arriving in Busan via KTX before 8:00 AM, please send a copy of your KTX ticket to the 'PanStar Cruise KakaoTalk Plus Friend Channel' by the day before the departure date. If you arrive by 8:20 AM on the day, we will assist with swift ticketing and boarding.Departure Procedures- Please wait in front of the boarding gate.
Boarding- Please follow the staff's instructions to board the ferry.
- When ArrivingDisembarkation
- Disembarkation begins following the staff's instructions.
Moving to the Arrival Hall- CIQ procedures will begin after moving to the arrival hall.
Quarantine- Quarantine procedures will be conducted.
Entry Procedures- Korean nationals do not need to fill out an entry card.(Foreigners must fill it out. Instructions will be provided.)
Customs Baggage Inspection- Customs will inspect your baggage.
Submission of Customs Declaration- Both Korean and foreign nationals must fill out a customs declaration form.
- Submit the customs declaration form filled out on the ferry to the customs baggage inspection office, then proceed through the arrival hall.
